Nothing manager Jessica comes to my door the next Day of check in saying I didn’t belong after I paid deposit and room stay, Staff was so incompetent, had to file dispute with bank, After getting aggravated since she bothered to even look at my , booking, banking and email showing I paid

The property was absolutely disgusting!The carpet was stained and absolutely dirty! It is very outdated. The window seals are cracked and paint coming off. The air conditioner unit is noisy and filthy. Ppl. Are smoking weed and cigarettes. This place should be torn down and rebuilt. There is a $200 deposit for what? You are not notified of the deposit until you arrive. Their idea of breakfast is instant grits and coffee.

I stayed at (Suites Raleigh-North Raleigh-Wake Towne Drive) March 14-15. Unexpectedly, the check-in attendant copied my ID card and credit card number, which made me feel very unsafe. Except for countries such as China, Russia, and North Korea, hotels must copy all traveler information. I will definitely not go to this hotel again next time, let alone recommend it to my friends. Copying passenger identification documents and credit card numbers is a serious violation of personal privacy. I protested seriously.
